Great for: online & hybrid group meetings, conferences, and webinars.

• Using the USB-C Cable, attach the Meeting Owl to your computer.
• Connect the Power Cord to the Power Adapter. Then plug this into the Meeting Owl and an outlet.
• Start a meeting (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc).
• You will want to make sure for the conference software that you are using, that you set the video, microphone, and speaker settings to “Meeting Owl”.
• Once set, the Meeting Owl will automatically focus in active speakers in the room.

• Locate and remove the expansion port cover (on control base).
• Plug the micro-HDMI cable into the Meeting Owl and the Expansion Mic.
• Place the Expansion Mic at least 6 feet away from the Meeting Owl.
• Move the Expansion Mic so that it faces away from the Meeting Owl and position it so that it is facing where people will be speaking.
